Welcome to AI Awareness Academy. Over twelve modules you'll move from 'I've heard of AI' to 'I can explain it, use it responsibly, and spot where it's being misused,' no coding required.

The course is sequential: each module unlocks the next, so the ideas build in order instead of you jumping around and missing the foundation. Around the halfway point there's a short checkpoint assessment: you need 70% to move into the second half, which covers ethics, misinformation, privacy, and the future of work. At the very end, a capstone project and a final assessment unlock your certificate.

By the end you'll be able to explain how modern AI systems actually work in plain language, use everyday AI tools competently and safely, write prompts that get you real results, and recognize AI risks (bias, deepfakes, privacy) well enough to protect yourself and the people you work with.

One housekeeping note: take your own notes as you go using the notes panel on each lesson: it's the best way to hold onto what actually lands for you.
